Guess it depends on what you’re the leader of. If you’re President of the United States, the answer is neither. 🙂
I have been thinking about this….why can’t you do both? In any situation, you are never going to please everyone all the time. Why would you want to do the wrong thing? That’s not really good leadership. It’s hard to always keep the peace, but when you are doing the right thing, eventually it should work out.
We spend too much time trying to please people who are unpleasable. (is that a word)
