Tim Tibbles

Tim Tibbles has been a prominent and consistent leader in the worship community for over three decades, dedicating his life to leading God-centered, biblical worship. As the Minister of Creative Arts, overseeing Worship, Production, and Communications Ministries at First Church in Owasso, OK, Tim blends his talents with a passion for the Lord to lead the local church in God-centered worship and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Tim's musical journey began at the age of twelve with the release of his debut album, "First Timothy." Since then, he has led worship for congregations of all sizes, ranging from intimate congregations of 80 to large gatherings of 8,000, always striving to bless the Father in Corporate Worship. His versatility and depth have made him a beloved leader in worship communities nationwide.

In addition, Tim serves as a Creative Coach, providing personalized mentorship and guidance to individual Worship Leaders and worship teams. His approach combines practical coaching with encouragement, helping unlock individual giftedness, team creativity, and leadership vision to better serve God and his Church.

Tim is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of worship leaders through his podcast, "The RomansTwelveOne," co-hosted with his daughter, Marti. He shares insights, experiences, and wisdom of the “Gen 1 Worship Leader” to inspire and equip the next generation of church and worship leaders.
